Ministry Outreach

Jesus said to the disciples, "To anyone who has, more will be given and he will grow rich; from anyone who has not, even what he has will be taken away. This is why I speak to them in parables, because 'they look but do not see and hear but do not listen or understand' . . . But blessed are your eyes, because they see, and your ears, because they hear.  Amen, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it."

About the Founder, Matt Allner

(Motivational Speaking Overview)

Matt Allner founded Leadership & Legacy in 2014 in response to several growing concerns he saw in society, particularly with the family component and with youth all throughout the world and at home here in the United States.  Since starting the company in 2014 Matt has seen it grow steadily having provided leadership training for the Boys & Girls Club, for numerous high schools in the Colorado Springs area, and the Salesian Sisters Young Adult Ministry group.  He has had consulting contracts with the YMCA to develop and grow their youth sports program, has been the leader of a Men's Ministry Program at his Church by the name of That Man Is You, has been an national level keynote speaker, has worked with various ministry programs within the Colorado Springs Catholic Diocese, and continues to work extensively with school districts across the US to improve the overall school environment from the athletic arena to the classroom.  Today Matt now travels throughout the United States and Internationally to speak to church groups, schools, and youth sports organizations as he carries out his ministry work.  He was also invited to attend a leadership summit at the Vatican in Rome, Italy in November of 2017 and has been a host on the Fiat Ministry Network and on Colorado Springs Catholic Diocese Bishop Michael Sheridan's radio show where he spoke to the Bishop about the teen suicide crisis in Colorado Springs and his experience on the topic while working as a public educator.

Matt is both an enthusiastic and powerful speaker and consultant with a diverse background of both professional and life experiences that will have you reflecting not only about what matters in life, but will help you discover discernment and to hear God’s call for your discipleship. With the world at such a critical turning point—national and personal debt at an all time high, social pressures and competition in school and in sports higher than they have ever been before for our youth, the multitude of external factors chiseling away at marriages and family dynamics, and with the very real spiritual battle for our souls that is waging, Matt will help you see why there is no better time than now to address these issues with positive and realistic solutions as he sheds a very simple light on how we all can protect our relationships and our children by staying the course on what matters most---loving and serving God. From athletics to public education, marriage to fatherhood, science researcher to entrepreneur, Matt will connect with audiences of all ages in ways that will leave you wanting to hear more and desiring to build a stronger relationship with and serve God more than you ever have before.  To book Matt for an upcoming speaking event, select the contact tab at the top and send us an email with your request.

Training Program Overview

At Leadership and Legacy we have an uncanny ability to resolve conflict situations in a constructive manner, always motivating others in positive ways to produce consistent results.  Our natural sense of humor helps us to keep multiple social balances for mutual benefits.  We are fully dedicated to developing others to be their best so they can reach their full potential personally, professionally and relationally in the workplace and in life.  While building effective teams with strong, positive, and functional group dynamics is our ultimate goal for organizations, the training services and seminars offered can cover a variety of topics such as workplace harassment, respect for others in the workplace, the positive effects of relationship building, conflict and resolution, and restoring broken fellowship.  Our training is designed not only to give individuals better team building skills and insights to make supportive programs within the church more functional, but also to demonstrate how these same skills can improve our lives outside of church - at home with spouses, family, and friends and in the workplace.
